Freezing
Our plants have a freezing capacity of 120 tons per day, both in static tunnels and IQF.
Conservation
We rely on a storage capacity of 4,000 tons in temperatures that range from +25º to -25º (degrees centigrade).
Shipping
We count with our own line of trucks, thus guaranteeing quality and reducing to a mínimum the time elapsed between download and production
Our group of partners strive daily to ensure delivery in the best conditions.
Production
We are specialists in processing different species, with or without pre-elaboration. We work both with fresh and frozen fish and we strive to satisfy the demands of customers.
Pre-elaboration
In Pescados Ibáñez we count with sensitive equipment and trained personnel for the correct classification and dosing of fish, thus meeting the demands of our customers.
Stockpiling
We rely on a service of brokers established at the sea markets of the main national and international ports.
Quality
Our quality management system is based on close collaboration with agencies and specialised laboratories. We can thus guarantee quality, healthiness and safety.
Certifications
MSC Award (Marine Stewardship Council).
It is an award that rewards and promotes practices for sustainable and responsible fishing. Pescados Ibáñez counts with this certification for stockpiling, processing , storage and shipping.
